You may read every page here without hiring anyone. The forms and the calendar start a conversation. A note is not an engagement, and a booked call is not an engagement.
When work begins
Work begins when both sides sign an engagement letter. That letter names the months to be closed, the return to be prepared, the fee and anything left out. If a line on this page and the letter disagree, the letter governs the work.
