What a form collects, what the browser stores, and how to have a note removed.

What you send

The forms ask for a name, a mobile number, an email address if you want replies that way, and one sentence about your business. The box that starts each form records the line you ticked. That is the whole note. It is used to answer you.

Who reads it

Steven Palmieri and the people who work with Steven read the note. The service that hosts the form stores the same fields so the note can arrive. The note is not sold, rented or passed to a lender, an agency or another business.

What the browser stores

A small script keeps a visitor key and a session key in your browser so a return visit can be told apart from a new one. It also reads the page that sent you and any campaign tags in the address. A browser that sends the do not track signal leaves it idle. A connection check from Cloudflare runs on the forms to keep automated spam out.

The calendar and the chat

The booking page loads a Microsoft Bookings calendar only after you ask for it or scroll to it. The chat button is a separate script and you can ignore it. Every page still reads without either one.

Keeping and removing a note

A note is kept while we are answering it and for the ordinary period a practice keeps correspondence after that. To have it removed sooner, send a request from any form on the site and say which page you used. We remove it from the working file.

Changes

Effective October 24, 2026. If this page changes in a way that matters to what we hold, the date above changes with it. This site is written for business owners and does not knowingly collect notes from children.
